A Return and Refund policy 

• Terms of return- Fully custom bags with names and/or text can be returned due to product defect. Unless there is a error that has been made on the companies part. 
• State of return-If it is not a customized bag, it may be returned as long as it has not been used and free from stains.
• Reason for return i.e ripped, stained, unstitched.
• Process for return- Contact us by email. If you call please follow up with email as well so that we an contact you with shipping information.
• Process of refund- Funds with be returned once product has been received. Then payment will be returned in the same method that you paid.
